부산의 국제시장
제 한국친구가 부산의 국제시장은 한국에서 가장 나이가 많은 시장이라고 했어요. 제2차 세계대전후에 모든 수입품은 부산을 경유해야 했어요. 요즘은 슈퍼마켓이나 백화점에서 대부분의 물건을 살 수 있지만, 국제시장은 여전히 크고 여기서 많은 물건을 살 수 있어요.

My Korean friend told me that the Busan’s international market is the oldest market in Korea, but after World War II, all imports had to go through Busan. Nowadays, you can buy most things in supermarkets and department stores, but the international market is still big and you can buy many things here.

If you are asking whether you can buy many things that are unique to the market, (I'm guessing that is what you meant because you can buy many things there in general since it's a market) then I doubt that it is true. Businesses in Korean traditional markets are old, small and run by individuals so I don't think that they can excel large companies in the research of commodities to import.
