Since the writer cannot assure that '너' really 'took classes and had internships', it's better to use '-겠지'.

휴가가 없었던 지 2 년쯤 됐는데 이제 공부가 끝나서 쉬고 있을 텐데.

No space is put after a number.

인턴십 덕분에 돈을 조금 벌어서었으니(까) 너의 꿈을 아마도 이룰 수 있을 거예요 야: 한국에 가요는 것.

'as' is translated to '-으니(까)'(because of) here.
