起床的非常早的好處 (The Benefits to Waking up Really Early)

我今天起床的很早。所以會做運動，學習一點。我冬天幾乎每天都沒有活力，心情不好。下班以後，平常想知道人生有意思。我們其實會幸福給個企業人生的大部分的時間嗎？其實滿足每個星期都丟掉五個日嗎？我唯一的選擇就是起床的早，上班之前運動，學習。我關於下班以後發生的事情一點都不在乎 ;D 繼續這個是我現在唯一的優先事項。練習寫中文也重要，但是我平常沒有主意 xD 謝謝讀我的貼子！

<p>I got up really early today. Because of that, I was able to exercise and study a little bit. During winter, I have no energy and am in a bad mood most days. After getting off work, I often wonder whether the lives we lead are really meaningful or not. Are we really happy giving most of our time to a company? Are we really content to lose five days of the week? My only choice is to get up early to exercise and study before work. I don't care at all about what happens after work ;D Continuing this is my only priority. Practicing writing in Chinese is important too, but I normally don't have any ideas xD Thanks for reading my entry!</p>
