I think that 说说 is mostly used in spoken Chinese.
Also, I personally think that 说说 is more often used in situations where you want somebody to talk about something.

ex:
说说看你最想要哪一个？ Say which you would like best.

HachkingChinese网站对我的中文学习有很大的帮助。

里面有大量文章提供各种学习方法的建议的文章。

几乎每一种中文方面都是讨论过的涉及到中文学习的各个方面。

虽然这个网站专注中文，可是一些信息也可以在其他生活方面使用但是上面的一些信息对其他方面也有帮助。
