I'm not sure what you're trying to say here. If you intended to say she likes nothing else other than hamburgers, then I'd say 除了汉堡，她其他的料理/菜都不喜欢。
除了…（以外)..都
除了丽丽以为外，她的家人都没来美国。
除了周末，我每天都工作。
除了冰冰以外，我们都要去看电影。
除了数学，学校的其他科目他们都喜欢学校。
It's better to say it more specifically here, because math and school are not the same kind of things (as between math and history, which are both school subjects)
