语法的语句: 不到
1) 别慌，如果你的身高不及对手那么高，那不代表你没有力量。

The first is meant to be "Don't panic, if your height is shorter than tall opponents, that doesn't mean you're weak"
The second and third sentences correspond to what I meant. (They are ok)
The forth is ought to be "The pie was cooked in the oven for less than thirty minutes"
The fifth is: " The patient was laying unconscious on the bed in the hospital for less than six hours"
The sixth is right, I guess. But, what 用了 and 整座 are supposed to mean here?

1）别慌，如果你的身高不到对手那么高，那不代表你没有力量。（“不到“ is not very okay here. I wouldn't use 不到 in this sentence. It would be better to say 如果你不如/不及对手高）
4）这个派/馅饼在微波炉里烤了不到30分钟。
5）这位/个病人在医院的床上昏迷了不到6个小时。(I don't think lie is necerassiarily translated here. It would be too much with 躺着.
6）用了/花了...... means spend （time)，整座/整个 means the whole city，
