腰疼

最近我腰疼的厉害😩 不知道是什么原因，不过昨天的疼更严重。今天感觉好一些了。我感觉自己老了😂 跟一些人聊天好挺玩了！希望能尽快鼓起勇气与人交谈。

I have back pain 😩 I don’t know the reason, but yesterday’s pain was even worse. Today is getting better. I feel old 😂 I also spoke to some people and it’s fun! I hope I can get the courage to talk to people as soon as possible.
