I'm so glad there are native speakers to correct our writing. I keep forgetting we can say it this way. It's never really formally taught so we just get used to using it somehow.

泳ぐはいけませんといものが禁止されていないと思います。
You'll learn passive construction in Lesson 21 of Genki II. With the 〜と思います part, it changes how we can use 〜てはいけません construction. Normally, we verbally tell other people that they can't do such and such. It's a nuance which I missed pointing out when we did the pair work exercises. すみません。

oh, my gosh, I'm getting this correction left and right in my writing, too. I'm still trying to figure out the proper place to use 〜ている construction when it's past tense. I think there's a footnote on this in Lesson 7 of Genki I.

結構です、明日に行きます。
Remember, no 〜に after 昨日、今日、明日 and the rest. I think Genki says we can but the natives rarely use it.
