章鱼烧店没有了

每个周末，我都会去教堂参加弥撒。唱圣歌，聆听神父的讲道，并祈祷。离教堂不远有一家章鱼烧店。我很好奇，在中国章鱼烧是不是常见？无论如何，这个商店是家庭经营的，不是连锁店。尽管不大，但厨师非常献身于制作出最正宗的章鱼烧。比如，他们只用新鲜的章鱼，而其他商店为了节省成本，通常用便宜的香肠，甚至鸡肉片。教堂附的商店卖外酥里嫩，内馅丰富的章鱼烧。不过正如那句俗话”好东西是有代价的”一样，价格比较高，所以我不常光顾。

有一个礼拜天弥撒之后，我去买了几个章鱼烧。果然好吃极了，但吃完后我还是觉得很饿，最后不得不又买午餐。那时我有点后悔并觉得刚才浪费了我的钱。上个周末，当我走过这家商店时，意外发现它已经永久关闭，并且很快就会被拆除了。这让我陷入了沉思。最终我感到很庆幸那天买了章鱼烧。这个经历让我想起了两句常听的俗话：“我们无法知道什么时候是最后一次”和“时光会改变我们对事物的看法”。

Takoyaki Shop, Goodbye
Every weekend, I go to church to attend mass. I sing hymns, listen to the priest's sermons, and pray. Not far from the church, there is a takoyaki shop. I’m curious if takoyaki is common in China. In any case, this shop is family-run, not a chain store. Although it’s not large, the chef is very dedicated to making the most authentic takoyaki. For example, they only use fresh octopus, while other shops often use cheap sausages or even shredded chicken to cut costs. The shop near the church sells takoyaki that is crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and filled with a rich stuffing. However, as the saying goes, “good things come at a price”, the takoyaki is relatively expensive, and I don’t go there often.

One Sunday after mass, I bought a few takoyaki. Indeed, they were incredibly delicious, but after eating them, I still felt hungry and had to buy lunch. At that moment, I regretted it and felt like I had wasted my money. Last weekend, when I walked past the shop, I was surprised to find out that the takoyaki shop had permanently closed and would soon be demolished. This made me reflect a lot. Ultimately, I felt grateful that I had bought takoyaki that day. This experience reminded me of two sayings I often hear: “We never know when it will be the last time” and “Time will change our perspective on things”.
