The が is often replaced by を nowadays in more casual contexts (i.e., with 話せる). In either case, 話せる, showing ability, is much better in this context.

So, we use オランダ語が話せます, because the rest of your post is in ます form.

今、まさしん先生と日本語を勉強しています。

I feel that pausing after 今 (今、 or 今は) is slightly more natural here.

An alternative is, これから、まさしん先生と日本語を勉強します。"I will be studying with Masasin-sensei (long-term) from now on."

オランダ語を話します。

お母さんはベルギー人で、お父さんは日本人です。

この二つの文は繋げた方がより自然です。

お父さんは日本人です。
