癖

私の一番悪い癖は質問を聞かずに進むことです。昔も今も、ある指示を受けてただ自分の解釈通りに仕事の課題などをしたことがあります。それで、自分の理解を確かめてやるべきことをちゃんと覚えるために、相手の指示を繰り返したり確認するようにしています。

My worst habit is moving forward without asking questions. I've had times where I've received certain instructions and just done assignments at work and other things according to my own interpretation, both in the past and now. Therefore, in order to check my understanding of things and properly remember what I should do, I've been trying to repeat people's directions and confirm things with them.
