火星の水の都市（１）
「前略 お元気ですか？」とは天野のARIA完全版と言う漫画の毎章の入門テキストです。
水無灯里の主人公は家族にメールをそのように書き始めます。
そして、火星のネオヴェネヅイアで新しい物語が展開します。

It's more common to separate the presented sentence and its explanation (in other words I divided the sentence into two)
To introduce Manga for the first time in the text, we say normally the full name of the author, not only the last name.
水無灯里の主人公は主人公の水無灯里は、毎回この文章で家族にメールをそのように書き始めます。

Regarding the 2nd sentence, I was trying to write something along the line of "This is how Akari Mizunashi begins her mails to her family.", referring to the first sentence

Je pense que ma suggestion était correct dans ce cas là ! 水無灯里は毎回このような書き出しで手紙を(書き)始めます。marche aussi, mais elles disent la même chose :)
