前几天我发了一条文章说一位老师给留了我们作业。

作业呢的内容要求我们会做演示，做而且演示时不可以带了一片纸能带任何纸类。

一看到这条短信，我的肚子就开始疼。

如果每当我特别紧张我的时肚子就会疼。

其实这不是我第一次做演示，但我还是很紧张。

我知道他们在做这些为我们的好是为了我们好，但是这条路不好走啊😭。

做完演示后，我会写着我写我是怎么做演示的。

Do you mean presentation? If so, I think it is better to say 演讲
演示 means demonstration, like in a science lesson, the teacher demonstrates how to do the experiment, but in my daily life, I seldom use this word.

演讲 itself is a verb so no need to add another verb in front of it.
adding 而且 to make the sentence more connected.
you dont have to say one piece of paper, just paper would be fine, coz if you say one piece of paper, then can the student bring two pieces of paper? haha
btw, the preposition for paper is 一张纸*

如果我特别紧张, 我的肚子会疼。

you can also say: 當我特别紧张时候, 我的肚子会疼。

我知道他们在做这些是为我们的好, 但是这条路不好走啊😭。

you can also say 我知道这是为我们好，但这很难 or 这并不容易。

做演示演讲完后，我会写着我怎么做演示演讲。
