東馬［East Horse］男生
我跟我的兒子去東馬。
有一個僱員看我。
他用英文問我，【你想看什麽東西？】
我想【哇。他的英文是很好！】
對他說【我跟兒子看一下】。
稍後我們去採購訂單。
我用中文問他【你爲什麽學英文？】
他稀里糊塗看我。
用英文問他【你爲什麽學英文？】
他説【我的英文是不好】
【不是啦！你很好】
他似乎生氣。
他快點給我我的東西。
他説【祝你有美好的一天。拜拜！】
社麽？
我去回家。還有迷亂。
I went to East Horse with my son.
An employee there approached me.
He used English to ask, "Is there anything you are looking for?"
"Wow. His accent is very minimal. His English is good!" I thought.
I told him, "I am just walking with my son."
Later, it was time to pay.
I asked the man, "Ni weishenme xue zhongwen?"
He gave me a confused look.
I used English, instead.
"Why did you study English?"
"Oh, my English is not good!"
"No, I think your English is great! Hao lihai oh~"
Suddenly, the man seemed upset.
He pushed my items towards me.
Quickly, he said, "Have a good day. Goodbye!"
What? What just happened?
I left feeling very confused.
我用中文問他【：「你爲什麽學英文？」
I think it should be yingwen(英文) not zhongwen(中文), may I ask is it a typo?
社什麽？發生什麼事了?
還有迷亂。
Do you mean you left and felt confused? You can say 我離開時很困惑。 or 我懷着很困惑的心情離開。

as for the use of punctuation when referring to conversations, your own thoughts, and so on, you can use :「sth sth。」I think It's also okay to write like :"sth sth。"

Maybe giving a short annotation on what East Horse is would be clear For instance, if it's a city then 東馬城的男生 or if it's a name of underground, then 東馬站的男生.
Also following sentences shows that 男生 may be the person of a store, then 東馬的服務生 may be better.
