「中級ランニングトレーニングプログラム」の最初の週が終わった。今日は8kmだけ走る予定だったが、気分が良かったので10km走った。スピードではなく距離を重視したゆっくりとしたランニングだった。天気も良かったのでもっと多くの人がいるかと思ったが、出会ったのは女性2人だけだった。

午後から雨が降ったので、息子のマーチングバンドの演奏会は中止になるかと思った。5時に雨が止んだので、結局演奏は行われた。スタンドがまだ濡れていたので、夫と私は行かなかった。息子も私たちには来てほしくなかったようだ。次は行こう。

今日はたくさんできた。ランニングの後、朝ご飯を作って、それからジェーンとアレクシスと一緒にヨガをした。普段は1時間だけど、今回は1時間半やった。いつもならこれで疲れるんだけど、家に帰るとすぐに家の掃除を始めた。

Today is the end of the first week of the "Intermediate Run Training Program". I was supposed to only run 8k but I ran 10k because I was feeling good. It was a slow run, going for distance, not speed. The weather was nice and so I thought I would see more people, but I only saw 2 other women.

It rained in the afternoon so I thought my son's performance would be cancelled. It stopped raining at 5:00 so they did perform after all. Husband and I didn't go because the bleachers were still wet. Son didn't want us there anyway. Next time.

I got a lot done today. After running, I made breakfast and then I did yoga with Jane and Alexis. We usually do it for an hour, but we did it an hour and half. I'm usually tired after all that, but I immediately started cleaning the house once I got home.
