明日の朝、タクシで空港に乗ってチェックインをする。9時5分に飛行機で行く、10時半ころ、クラカウに着く。車でチェショフに運転して、一時間後着くと思う。その後、仕事を始める。晩は暇だ。

9時5分に飛行機で行くが出発し、10時半ころ、クラカウクフに着く。

車でを運転してチェショフに運転して、一時間後着く向かい、一時間ほどで着く(or到着する)と思う。
I don’t know the city チェショフ so I just left it as it is.
I used 着く in the first sentece so I would suggest the word 到着する to avoir the repetition.
その後、仕事を始める予定だ。
Since this is just a plan, I think it'd be better to put 予定だ at the end.
晩夜は暇だ。
I think it's more natural to put something afterward like「夜は暇で、特にやることがない」or 「夜は暇なので、ゆっくりできるだろう」as we don't say only 〇〇は暇だ that often. I don't have a clearer explanation...

The city is called Rzeszow. And yes, I would love to avoid repetition as often as I can! But often I don't know the alternatives/synonyms:/ Therefore, Thank you for that:)

According to the wikipedia, it seems like Rzeszow is ジェシュフ et Krakau is クラクフ. (you are right the second both are bit wierd considering the original spellings but that's the way it is...).

Ahh, yes. And using japanese wikipedia seems like a good method for finding the right spellings, I will keep it in mind^^
