Your title could be understandable in that way to express, I think. 「仕事場での問題」sounds more accurate to the situation/ context to me. As I first read 仕事で問題, I thought you might have your problem with work.

Your original one is understandable. I think we would generally say the same meaning in the ways I replaced.

壊す is a transitive verb (with an object). 壊れる is an intransitive verb. 壊れる’s conjugation "壊れました" should be used here.
水道管：water pipes ／ 排水管：drain pipes
凍る is an intransitive verb so the particle が is right here.

You said two 支店, so 一つの*支店 of them make sense.
