I have many habits.
I shower every night. Because I don't want to go to sleep dirty, I always remember to shower.
I brush my teeth every night. Before, I would sometimes forget to brush my teeth, but now I always brush my teeth in the shower. This is a powerful method. If you already have good habits, then you can do them together with new ones.
I exercise three times a week. In the past I didn't want to exercise. Now I exercise with my friends. I want to exercise because I want to see my friends. This is also another good way to stick with your habits.
