我对汉语的看法
这是我的第一次 写贴文。我的语法不是很好。我有时候在想， 我怎 样才能写汉语写得更好 。我 每天学 两个小时 中文 ，然后我学英语。我 每礼拜扔四次或五次垃圾 。 我去年总是 在 看天气预报，但是我 今年没有 看。我快写完了。 我的城市 下 非常少 雪 ，甚至连一 点雪 也不下 。可是，昨天竟然下了很多雪 。
我的对汉语的思想看法
I'm not sure what you wanted to say here. If you meant "My thoughts on Chinese", then you'd say "我对汉语的看法".
这是我的第一次的写贴文。／这是我的第一条贴文。
写贴文＝ write a post; 第一次＝for the first time
Or you could say:
这是我的第一条贴文。(This is my first entry.)
第一＝ first; 条＝ piece (a classifier)
我的语法不是很好。
You need the verb "是" here.
不＝not
是＝is
很好＝very good
我有时候在想，我怎么写汉语的文本更对样才能写汉语写得更好。
"文本" sounds a bit weird. My correction means "Sometimes I wonder, how can I write Chinese better."
我总是学中文每天学两个小时中文，然后我学英语。
我扔垃圾每礼拜五次或者每礼拜四次每礼拜扔四次或五次垃圾。
我去年总是在看天气预报，但是我不今年没有看。
我快写完了，还有。我的城市的天气下雪得下非常少雪，甚至连一越点雪也不下雪。
No need to use the word "天气" (weather) when you're talking about weather phenomenons (for example, 雪 snow, 雨 rain etc.)
For example,
下雨了。 It rains.
今天下了很多雪。 It snowed a lot today.
Usually you'd only use the word "天气" when you're commenting on the weather (i.e. whether the weather is good or bad.)
For example,
今天的天气很好。 Today's weather is nice.
可是，昨天，竟然，下雪下了很多雪。

I'm thankful for your corrections of my mistakes.Honestly,I can't express myself fluently in Chinese because it's extremely laborious ,plus I actually meant "my thought in chinese",that's true.

I know that it can be hard at first, but by writing and reading more you'll be able to improve a lot! :) Also, we appreciate it a lot when foreigners try to learn Chinese, so I think even if you can't express yourself clearly in Chinese now, they'll all be very patient with you and we're all here to help! :)

"我有时候 在 想，我怎 样才能写汉语写得更好 。" Why is there '在' before'想'?
It's a continuous tense, adding "在" before a verb means that you're doing something.
For example,
我在看书。 I'm reading books.
In your case,
我有时候想 Sometimes I think/wonder
我有时候在想 Sometimes I'm wondering/thinking
Your sentence is correct grammatically, but it'd sound more natural to use the continuous tense in this case :)
