1. they are. You can use 电视剧 or 连续剧 as you want.
2. Japanese anime are actually translated as 动漫 because we seldom have animes from other countries at that time(DC or marvel anime are not popular, we only watch movies) but we use the words for domestic anime and wider origins now. if you wanna say Chinese anime you can say 国产动漫, Japanese animes are still the first thing people remind when you mention 动漫 so you don't have to add 日本 in front. And 动画 is for those animes produced for kids, most of them are produced during 1980-2005 by domestic film industry so it is an aged word.
3.you can say it, sounds elegant.
4.我的日语技能大部分是输入性的 but you have to explain a bit because few people know the words 输入 and 输出 in language field, only those language learners know the concepts.
5.我现在最主要的是学习中文 or 我现在把学习中文放在第一位 I think you can say like that but when you put this sentence in the text it is a little bit weird because you mentioned 3 languages so you would better add a 最
