我与英语口语的斗争

我最讨厌口语考试因为我不擅长说话。主要理由就是我没什么可谈的。在口语测试中，他们会让你谈论一个事件，或者你必须使用该语言展示一张照片至少2分钟。我会谈的事件都用光，我总是2分钟内完成了。我也在语法和句子机构上遇到困难，因为我不习惯用英语说话。我对自己的发音也没有信心，所以我尽可能避免说话。我在说中文方面也有同样的困难。中文对我来说比较难，因为我不看中文电影也不听中国音乐，所以我的耳朵不习惯中文。那，怎么能提高我的口语水平呢？我最大的问题是无话可说，因此我觉得我需要更多研究，更多阅读或只是多与人交往。就这样我有事能谈论。我正在参加发音课来提高我的发音。我希望一天我能有信心顺利地用英语/中文说话。

My struggles with English speaking
I hate speaking test the most because I'm weak at speaking. The main reason is that I don't have things to talk about. In speaking tests, they make you talk about an event or you have to demonstrate a photo using the language for at least 2 minutes. I always run out of things and always finish under 5 minutes. I also struggle with grammar and sentence construction because I'm not used to speaking English. I am also not confident with my pronunciation so I avoid speaking as much as I can. I have same struggle with speaking Chinese as well. Chinese is more difficult for me because I don't watch Chinese movies or listen to Chinese music so my ears are not accustomed to Chinese. Then, how to improve my speaking level? Since my biggest problem is running out of things to talk about, I think I need to do more research, read more or simply socialize with people more so that I have things to talk about. I'm taking a pronunciation class to improve my pronunciation. I hope one day I can speak English/Chinese confidently and fluently.
