When someone says 兄弟が４人います, it’s usually understood as "I have four siblings" (not counting the speaker). But ４人兄弟です means there are four siblings in total, including the speaker. So in your case, it should be 兄弟が３人います. You could also combine it with the next sentence, like 兄弟が３人と娘が一人います.
