我的女朋友在教我汉语。她是很聪明。
跟我的猫一起学习。它坐在我旁边睡觉。
它是黑白的和很蓬松。

I study Chinese together with my cat. She sits beside me and sleeps.

“教育”语气有点重。
她是很俊。
Do you want to say "She is very beautiful"?
If yes, note that "is" isn't always translated as “是” in Chinese.

I guess the English version might be "black and white".
"and" doesn't equal “和” in Chinese all the time. It's kind of flexible.
“并且” means "and" or "moreover", and can be dropped here.
