多邻国

我好像跟多邻国有朋友仇人的关系。因为我很多次下载和顺测这个应用。最近我开始用中文学英语。一开始我这样做是因为好奇。现在看练口语的作用，我觉得我做的对。我觉得的英语口语是一般的。因为母语者的影响，我的英语口语不太好。我们尼日利亚人有很多口音问题。一个例子是plait，plait的发音是plat，但我们说plate。然后如果有人说对的发音，可能对他们像外语。

I seem to have a love–hate relationship with Duolingo, because I’ve downloaded and deleted this app many times. Recently, I started using Chinese to learn English. At first, I did it out of curiosity. Now, after seeing the practice speaking function, I feel I made the right decision.

I think my spoken English is just average. Due to my native language's influence, my English pronunciation is average. We Nigerians have many accent-related issues. For example, "plait" is pronounced /plæt/, but we pronounce it like plate (/pleɪt/). And if someone says the correct pronunciation, it may sound like a foreign language to them.
