啥个是上我个台子

(吴语)上台子是我为了工作用个电脑。有多书因为我经常勿整理台子。也有一个我热时用个扇子,以为是黑暗时灯。

(Wu) On my table is a computer that I use for work. There are many books because I don’t often tidy my desk. There’s also a fan that I use when I’m hot, and a lamp for when it’s dark.

Corrections

啥个是上我个台子什么在我的台子上?

(吴语)台子是我为了工作用个的工作电脑。

The order of “上” in the sentence needs to be moved. Also, "工作电脑“ is a bit more compact way to say "为了工作的电脑“

台子上有很多书因为我经常整理台子

台子也有一个我热时用个得时候用的扇子,以为是黑暗时灯。

I'm not familiar with the Wu dialect, but in the varieties of Chinese that I have exposure to, prepositions follow the phrases that they modify. For example, the Chinese translation of "Moscow Nights" begins with "深夜花园里" (roughly, "[in] the deep night, in the garden," though someone else could probably give a better gloss).
