下年二月我想去台灣旅遊.
我在美國出生, 可是我的爸媽是台灣來自的.
所以, 我在台灣的時候想見我的大家庭. 我想跟他們一起去夜市吃飯和聊天.
我也想在一個學校學國語. 聽說 《TLI》是個很好的學校.

Next year in February I want to travel to Taiwan.
I was born in the United States, but my parents are both from Taiwan.
For this reason, I want to see my extended family when I'm in Taiwan. I would like to eat night market food and chat with them.
I also want to attend a school to learn Mandarin. I've heard TLI is a good school.

The title uses vacationing, so 休假 may be a better word choice.
Although the article uses school, TLI looks more like a 語言補習班. 補習班 may be not a good term.
It depends on your interest. Generally many people might enjoy meals, because there are various cuisines in Taiwan, ranging from Asia to US/ Europe, Middle East, and Africa. If you are interested in natural landscape, it's recommended to visit east coastlines. For building, some buildings or architectures constructed during Japanese regime are recommended because many of those can not be found in Japan.
