北京的运输
朋友， 你好，最近怎嘛样？ 欢迎来到北京！ 你的飞机是多小时间？你直飞在北京还是站？为了出去北京需要选择运输方式！ 在北京， 很多人坐地铁， 很有用，但可是你不要挤，划不来，也许用其他的 方式。 如果你不上地铁， 你的事亲不紧急，下趟来到快点。 地铁也很便宜， 所以会省钱。
公共汽车也 很便宜，只要你不怕抢。从星期一到星期五早上，很多人坐公共汽车去工作。出租车也可以，可一点贵。坐出租车比公共汽车快多了，但 如果有很多交通，早不到。交通太多，浪费时间，浪费钱。最后，我们可以骑自行车。 你可以骑我老婆的自行车。 你和我老婆差不多高。自行车很安全，如你戴安全帽。
这些是选项的旅行。尽量选择容易也熟的法子。 我在你酒店会遇到你。万一我迟到，会给你打电话。 以后见！

Not sure what you meant. It reads“To exit Beijing, we need to choose a transportation method”but that doesn’t make much sense.

自行车很安全，如你戴安全帽如果你戴安全帽的话，自行车很安全。

Thank you so much, I really appreciate it!
for this sentence (可是你不要 "But there is no need to 挤”) I was trying to say something like "if you don't want to be squeezed or crowded" would it make more sense to say “如果你不想...” or something like that?
For this one "为了出去" I meant something like in order to go out (around town), would something like 出街，旅行 or 旅游 make more sense?

如果你不想被挤到 or 如果你不想在人堆里挤来挤去 would make sense I think. For around town, 在北京 is usually good enough. 在北京，出门的时候 implies that you are going somewhere, and it’s most likely within Beijing, and maybe not that far away.
