这几个月朋友们一直告诉我根据我表面上判断，看起来要生病，何况自己感到身体不舒服了，就去医院化验。虽然还没得到它的结果，我还是打算从明天起，从工作回家的时候顺便去健身房。我不会再忽视自己的身体健康。

表面的健康是不可靠的，何况你没有经过医院的体检。所以，不能忽视自己的健康，顺便要多去健身房锻炼。how about my writing?
