做饭

最近我在看一本关于做饭的书 。这本书有点像一本百科全书，讲了一些食材的历史，还有最实用的做法。这本书真的挺有用的，因为我可以学着做菜，不用死记硬背各种食谱。当然我还是会学一些食谱，但这本书也很重要。

Recently I have been reading a book about cooking. This book is like an encyclopaedia. It contains the history of our food staples and the best way to prepare them. This is very useful because I can learn to build dishes instead of memorising different recipes. I will still learn recipes, but this book is also key in my learning.
