你喜欢或者不喜欢你的母语的哪些方面？
我的母语是英语。因为我从小说英语，所以我忘记了说英语有多难。对我来说它很自然。但是对英语的学习者来说英语有很多奇怪的规则。
英语有很多词语，任何时候都能找到合适的话。因为很多人会说英语，几乎任何地方你都能和别人说话。
英语有时没有道理。为什么"fill in"一张纸和“fill out"一张纸都是一样的意思，但是“out"和“in"有相反的意思？
虽然英语有很多这样奇怪的方面，我还是推荐外国人学习英语因为它是世界的最平凡的语言之一。
（我的女朋友帮了我写这一段，所以看起来比我通常写的好。作弊了一下哈哈哈哈对不起)
My native language is English. Because I've spoken it my whole life, I often forget how difficult it is. To me it is natural. But for people learning English, English has many strange rules.
English has a huge vocabulary. I can always find the right words for any situation. Because so many people speak English, you can talk to people nearly anywhere you are.
English sometimes doesn't make sense. Why does "filling in" a document mean the same thing as "fill out" a document, but "out" and "in" have opposite meanings?
Although English has many such oddities, I still must recommend that foreigners learn English because it is one of the most widely spoken languages in the world.
(My girlfriend helped me write this, so it seems better than I normally write. Guess I cheated a bit, hahaha sorry.)

First, compared with "英语的学习者", 英语学习者 is more concise.
Second, generally speaking 英语学习者 are English learners and they can be English natives. Not every native English speaker is as proficient in English as Winston Churchill. So here if you write non-native English learners, it will be more precise.
Third, the reason why I write 非母语学习者 instead of 非英语母语学习者 is that it will be a bit redundant to add 英语 since 英语 appears in the second part of the sentence.

Usually we say “填表”instead of “填纸”, so I think "fill in/out a form" is what you meant, isn't it?
