中国电视剧的英语名字

今年四部中国电视剧有相同的英语名字。他们是《九重紫》Blossom、《惜花芷》Blossom in Adversity、《繁花》Blossoms Shanghai 和 《花间令》 In Blossom。我发现这个后就想为什么他们没有特别的英语名字？写英语名字的人不知道别的词处了吗？不但是相同名字，还有些电视剧的英语名字对我来说好奇怪比如《春花焰》Kill me love me。您觉得呢？

This year's four Chinese TV dramas have the same English name. They are Blossom, "Xihuazhi" Blossom in Adversity, "Flowers" Blossoms Shanghai and "Flower Order" in Blossom.
