一个很贵的错误

我是一个软件工程师。我最近下工夫一个新的服务。我们有"云环境“为了测试。我上个星期五下班，然后一直周末忘了我的工作。我和同事今天早上注意了有不正常提高了的收费。整个周末那个服务都失控写日志到DataDog。DataDog很有用，但是他们的价格是一点贵的。账单一共是大概五千USD。

因为这是普通的情况，所以我们肯定他们将原谅我们，而且这只是第一次我们这么做了。不过，好尴尬呀。

I'm a software engineer. Recently I've been working on a new service. We have a cloud environment in order to test it. I got off last Friday and forgot all about work for the whole weekend. Today my coworkers and I noticed that there were abnormally high charges. It turns out that the service had been out of control writing logs to DataDog all weekend. DataDog is very useful, but their prices are pretty steep. The bill totaled at about 5000 USD.

Since this is a pretty common occurrence, we're pretty sure they'll forgive us, especially since this is the first time we've done something like this. Still though, what an embarrassment.
