読んじゃいましたis a short form of 読んでしまいました。in Japanese, 縮約形。we use this short form when we talk. In manga, in Twitter, in WhatsApp, you can see this form often because we write it as if we are talking. からis for reason.
When you tell reasons, end with からis more common and natural.
We have 稀に見る in idiomatic usage.
We don’t connect potential form 見える.
Maybe in English hardly to see or seldom see, therefore you might wanted to put it there, but in Japanese, we just say “rare” 稀in this sentence. No need to be assisted by “see”

そういう風な物語が結構好きです。

そういう風なis more colloquial Japanese.

物語のテーマは意味深だが深かったし、倫理についてたくさん学んだ気がするし、キャラクターもいいし本当に最高な作品でした。

意味深is not a suitable word for this sentence.
If you want to say profound, 意味が深い, or if it is interesting, then 興味深い.

ところでキャラクターといえば、最も面白かったな部分は主人公の高柳先生でした。

ところでis used when you change topics.
But this sentence is still affected previous sentence Aし、Bし、Cし、good work.
Thus it is more natural if you use “talking about—“ 「---といえば」

でも、主人公というより、高柳先生はただの観客で生徒たちの物語を見ている感じでしたた。
