Most Thai people would use "ชอบ" more often than "รัก" in this kind of topic. If you use "ชอบ" instead it will sound more natural in Thai.

"คุณพูดเเบบไหนภาษาคะ" is grammatically incorrect, "ภาษา" should come first and then "แบบไหน". "คุณพูดภาษาแบบไหนคะ" is the grammatically correct one. But the word choice is a bit strange. "แบบไหน" means "what type/what kind". I believe you intend to write "What language do you speak?" if so, you'd better use "คุณพูดภาษาอะไรคะ".

ฉันก็นอกจากนี้ฉันยังพูดภาษาจีนกะ ภาษาญี่ปุ่น กับภาษาฝรั่งเศสกะ และรู้ภาษามือเกาหลีอีกด้วย

"กะ" is a spoken language and quite informal. You can use it when speaking but it's not suitable in writing. In writing you'd better use "กับ" or "และ" instead.

และฉันก็ชอบอบคุกกี้ด้วย

"ฉันก็ชอบอบคุกกี้" is more suitable for answering other in case someone say they like baking cookie and you also like baking cookie too.

ฉันมาจากประเทศสหรัฐอัเมริกา

Or, "ฉันเป็นคนอเมริกัน". For Thais, America is not a country, but USA is. Citizens of USA can be called American, however. Also, be careful of punctuations on top and bottom, which can easily go unnoticed in typing.
