Simply saying "טקסט" would be enough, since it's already singular, like "a text"

If what you meant is that this was your first text, you could say "טקסט מס'1" (text n. 1)

In Hebrew we don't put the dash in Tel Aviv (However, if you were to say תל אביב-יפו, then you'd put it. Although as you can see, it comes later)

Your sentence was correct, but to me it kinda sounded as if you had no apartment to live in, so I provided some alternative phrases, that sound clearer in my opinion

אנחנו משלמימם לבעל הדירה.

Don't forget that the letters פ, כ, נ, מ, צ have a special ending form!
פ = ף
כ = ך (not to be confused with reish ר)
נ = ן (not to be confused with vav ו)
מ = ם (not to be confused with samech ס)
צ = ץ
