Я очень люблю утро, но я тоже ценю ночь. Это очень красиво. Луна светит так ярко, мне хочется рисовать больше! Я также люблю всех животных и ветер. Это прекрасное время.
I like the morning a lot, but I appreciate the night too. It's very beautiful. The moon shines so bright, I want to paint more! I also love all the animals and the wind. It's just a beautiful time of day.

In Russian we're writing headings like other sentences, only the first word should start with the capital letter
Я очень люблю утро, но я тоже ценю ночь.
Better: Я очень люблю утро, но я также ценю ночь.
Тоже OR также is rather complicated part of grammar, you'll learn it a bit further. Your sentence is ok and everyone will understand the meaning.

We can understand what you meant, but it doesn't sound natural.

Ночью очень красиво. (It's very beautiful at night)

Maybe it's better to specify that you love night animals, cos now it looks like you're talking about animals in general and it's a bit confusing (why talking about all animals if we're talking about the night?)
