Сегодня я ездипроехал на велосипеде тринадцать (милиь) километров.
I have never taught Russian as foreign language. I could not think of a general rule why we use проехал and not ездил. But in this particular instance -проехал is correct, because you talk about a distance.
Also, I put миль in brackets because no one (absolutely no one) in Russia would understand imperial system. It is better to use metric.
Потом я читаюл мояю книгау.
Я выгуливаял своих собак в обеденное время.
выгуливал - I was walking with my dogs at lunchtime
выгулял - I walked my dogs at lunchtime
You could also say -
я выгулял своих собак в обед .
