You're at a restaurant, what will you order?

I think this question is related to the attitude of someone to choosing their food.
For me, I prefer eating light flavored foods. I have the principle of eating: less meat, less oil, less seasonings and no sugar, no fried food.
Every meal must include wheaten food (for example, steamed buns, rice and noodles), vegetables, a little meat and soup.
For breakfast, I eat soybean milk or porridge, eggs and bread. For lunch, I eat rice or bread, meat, vegetables and soup. For dinner, I eat bread, meat, vegetables and porridge.
In my opinion, a nutritional meal must cover wheaten food or rice, meat, vegetables and soup or porridge. And less salt, no sugar, less seasonings, such as soy sauce, aniseed and so on.
Just using green onion, ginger and garlic to increase the dishes' taste is enough.
Anyway, different people have different tastes, but healthy diets are very important to one's health. We should attach more importance to it.

You're at a restaurant, w. What will you order?

I know this is the prompt, but it's still grammatically incorrect ;) a comma alone can't separate two independent clauses. So it should be either of the following:
1. You're at a restaurant; what will you order?
2. You're at a restaurant. What will you order?

I think this question is related to the attitude of someone toabout someone's attitude toward choosing their food.

FAs for me, I prefer eating light flavored foodfoods with less intense flavors.

"Light food" = smaller portions, less fat/carbs/protein (like salad, vegetables, or fruit)
"heavy food" = bigger portions, more calorically dense (like pasta, meat, cake, etc.)

I've never heard food described as heavy- or light-flavored...but you can say food is more/less flavorful or has more/less intense flavors.

I have the principle of eating: lessprefer a diet light in meat, less oil, lessand seasonings and, with no sugar, no or fried food.

Principle isn't quite the right word to use here. But you could also say "I aim to eat a diet..." or "I try not to eat too much X, Y, or Z..."

Every meal must include wheaten foodcarbohydrates (for example, steamed buns, rice and noodles), vegetables, a little meat and soup.

For breakfast, I eat soybean milk or porridge, eggs and bread.

For lunch, I eat rice or bread, meat, vegetables and soup.

For dinner, I eat bread, meat, vegetables and porridge.

In my opinion, a nutritional meal must coverntain wheaten-based food or rice, meat, vegetables and soup or porridge.

I know the term "wheaten food" exists, but I've never heard it used...I'm guessing it's a technical term.

And lessIt should also have low amounts of salt, no sugar, lessand fewer seasonings, such as soy sauce, aniseed and so on.

"Less" doesn't work here because it's a comparative term (less THAN something).
So you could say, "I'm trying to eat less sugar" because it's implied that you want to eat less *than* you're currently eating.
But if you aren't making a comparison, the idiomatic way to say it would be, "I eat a diet low in sugar/salt/fat/etc."

Just using green onion, ginger and garlic to increase the dishes' taste is enough.

More idiomatic: "to lend the dishes flavor."

Anyway, different people have different tastes, but healthy diets are very important tofor one's health.

"Important to" is usually used with a person ("This thing is really important to me").

To avoid repeating "health"/"healthy," you could say "a balanced diet is essential for one's health."

We should attach more importance to itpay more attention to our diets.
