Well, how i said. The habits are the results about how your brain made to save energy and for that build a system which consist to create a any action in a automatic action only if that is constantly repeated.
Talking in biological terms when you are learning something new, into your brain, begins to building a connections between neurons and every time you do that action, the connections start to get more strongly. Is like a dirt road, when if the people start to driving it, the road it become in a route and then in a highway.

I prefer "begin to get stronger" but "start" is not incorrect.
Is like buiding a dirt road, when if the. If people start to driving on it, the road itwill become in a route and then in a highway.
"It is like a dirt road..." This is a faulty comparison. You are comparing creating habits to a dirt road. You should compare creating habits to BUILDING a dirt road.
