In this post, iI'll write about how you can building a habits.

First of all, you must to understand tohat build aing habits need time it'stakes time. They're not a goals you can achieve in few days,; thatey require time.

UIt usually requires 66 days to build a strong habits.

- Well, no matter what habit do you want to build.

This isn't a complete sentence, so we need to delete the period.

Always you gonna drivingYou must always push on through on 4 phase 4.

I think this is what you meant, but I'm not sure.

To talk about those weis, let's use a example whenre you' have the habit tof smoking and every time you are stressed, you put your hand into your pocket, take a cigarette and begin to smoke.

This is good! But it may sound more natural to make 2 sentences.

"Let's use an example where you have a habit of smoking. Every time you are stressed..."

Then about that you are less stressed.

- Okay, the 4 ways, steps, or whatever isare these.

The First is: the Signal

This represents the trigger, which is something which shoottriggers a memory, an image in your brain, or as a simple action.

Following this example, the signal is: to being stressed.

Because ofor that, you begin to smoke

The Second is: Desire.

This represents the unconscious desire to feeling happy or less stressed.

In this case, you want to get away from stress

The third is: Conduct.

This represents the action do you do every time when the trigger is fired.

You can also say "when the trigger is fired."

"...trigger is activated" would also be ok.

In this example, it is takeing your cigarette and beginning to smoke.

The Fourth is: Reward

This is the last one and the most important because when you finished to dodoing the action, you get the rewards i. In this case it's relaxing.

Good advice!
When you are writing, pay attention to plurality. If you have multiple things, the verb conjugation needs to match.
