I can wake up at thirty past six even in Saturday morning without clock alarms. But, sleeping again until 9 o'clock makes me feel happy in weekends. Soon after getting out from my bed, I often start preparation of online English lesson such as reading the material and writing summary. The lesson time varies from day to day depending on tutors' availability and my schedule. I'm likely to skip lunch and go to a bookstore.
This weekend, I'm going to enjoy camping with my friends! Currently, camping becomes popular in Japan. One of some reasons must be TV anime series "ゆるキャン△". My friend of mine go camping every weekends by his own
camping car.

I can wake up at thirtyhalf past six even ion Saturday morning without clockan alarms.

It's not common to talk about the minutes past the hour unless it's "half past" (30 minutes) or "quarter past" (15 minutes). You could also just use 6:30. The term "clock alarm" isn't something you would normally see or hear from an English speaker (but they'd understand what you are talking about). You would more like hear "alarm" or "alarm clock."

Also, you would say "on Saturday" not "in Saturday." This is true anytime you would refer to a day in this way.

ButHowever, sleeping again until 9 o'clock makes me feel happy ion weekends.

There are exceptions, but starting sentences with a coordinating conjunction (for, and, nor, but, or, yet, so) is something you should avoid. Those words are used to combine two sentences together.

Similar to above, you would say "on weekends" not "in weekends." I believe this is only true when speaking about days and the weekend. Examples:
I am going to see my friend ON Saturday.
I am going to see my friend ON the weekend.
I am going to see my friend IN May.
I am going to see my friend IN 2022.
I am going to see my friend IN the 21st century.

Soon after getting out ofrom my bed, I often start preparation ofor my online English lesson such asby reading the material and/or writing a summary.

This sentence felt a little awkward and there are a couple ways you could say it. From what you wrote, I would assume that you don't always have to read the material and write a summary. Since you might do both, but you also might only do one, "and/or" would be appropriate. If you always do both, "and" would be what you want, and if you only ever do one or the other, then "or" would be most appropriate.

The lesson time varies from day to day depending on tutors' availability and my schedule.

I'm likely to skip lunch and go to a bookstore.

CurrRecently, camping has becomes popular in Japan.

If something is current it is happening, so "CURRENTLY, camping IS popular in Japan." If this is a recent occurrence, you could say, "RECENTLY, camping HAS BECOME popular in Japan." Both can be true, but you would need to choose which one is most correct for context. I thought the second one was better since your next sentence tries to explain a reason for it.

One of somthe reasons must be TV anime series "ゆるキャン△Laid-Back Camp".

The anime is called "Laid-Back Camp" in English.

MyA friend of mine goes camping every weekends by on his own.

"A friend of mine" or "my friend" work equally well here.

For he/she/it nouns, you would use "goes" instead of "go."

A friend of mine goes camping every weekend in his own camping car.

This isn't a complete sentence. I believe it was meant to go with the previous sentence, so I will correct it that way.

I think of a few things from the phrase "camping car." Do you mean an RV (recreational vehicle) or a car tent?

This was a good essay. It was mostly understandable. I think the biggest takeaway would be when to use "on" and "in" when talking about time. I am sorry that I can't give a better explanation (I know it is "on Saturday" not "in Saturday" but not the reason for it).
