The election for Tokyo governor will be held coming Sunday, but there aren't good candidates so that I really wonder who I vote for.
Narrowing down by an elimination method, no one will be left.
These candidates give me a thought that the election doesn't have any meanings.
Those who seriously think about Tokyo won't go up for any election since they are basically busy and don't have any desire to be famous.
Those who go up for electons are always useless people who just want power and money.
No matter who bacomes Tokyo governor, I can't stop being worried about the future.
I can't be an abstainee by any means. I'll choose one for sure.
After the election, when the person I vote becomes the governor and can't fulfill his campaign promises, I'll do my best to slam him out of the governor's position more harshly than the media.

The low quality of these candidates givmake me a thoughtink that these type of elections doesn't have any true meanings.

"Famous" is okay here, but it connotes more of a celebrity image. A better way to say it might be "...desire to be in the public eye."

Good job, and I think this is a feeling that people all over the (democratic) world can relate to.

Tokyo Governor's Election
I do not know Japan's political system. Is the governor of Tokyo equal to a mayor of a city in the United States?
The election for Tokyo's governor will be held this coming Sunday, but there aren't any good candidates so that I really wonder who I should vote for.,
"Tokyo's governor" because we are showing that the governor belongs to Tokyo. "this coming Sunday" because we are being specific to which Sunday it is. "aren't any good candidates" is to highlight that there are none. "I really wonder who I should vote for." Should is used to suggest advice.
Narrowing down by an elimination method, no one will be left.
"an" is not needed, because we do not need to know what type of elimination method or that it is a method. Narrowing down by elimination in general suggests you are narrowing your choices.
These candidates givmake me a thoughtink that the election doesn't have any meanings.
the correct phrase is "make me think" to describe something giving you thoughts.
"meaning" is singular, because any word after "any" has to be singular. "any money", "any day", "any person"
Those who seriously think about Tokyo won't go up for any electionrun for office, since they are basically busy and don't have any desire to be famous.
the phrase to enter an election is "run for office".

No matter who baecomes Tokyo's governor, I can't stop being worried about the future.
apostrophe "s" to show ownership or possession.
I can't be an abstainee by any means.
"abstainee" is not an actual word. There is a word called "abstainer", but that is a person who does not take part in desires or pleasures. "abstain" in verb form would be appropriate, since it also means to not vote.
I'll choose someone for sure.¶

I'll choose a candidate for sure.
"one" is very general, which can make a reader ask "one" what? One suggestion is use "someone" to refer back to the candidates or "a candidate" to be specific and refer back to the election.
After the election, whenif the person I vote for becomes the governor and can't fulfill his campaign promises, I'll do my best "to slam him out of the governor's position" more harshly than the media.

We use "if" instead of "when" to suggest probability of something happening. We don't know whether your candidate will win, so we use "if". "when" would be used if you knew something was happening for sure.
The phrase to vote for a candidate is "vote for".
I'm not sure what you mean by "best to slam him out of the governor's position". Do you mean "criticize"? Perhaps you mean to criticize harshly, which is "trashing" someone.
