Telephone English Class
For improving my speaking skills, I have attended a telephone English class for 3 months.
At first, I was nervous to talk to a native speaker.
Unlike writing sentences, I couldn't easily make sentences while speaking English.
More and more I practiced English during the class, now it is easier to communicate with my teacher.
Though my sentences are not perfect and natural, I will keep practicing to speak.

The usage of the word For here is not quite right. You should use In order to... or To improve. Telephone is a noun and does not describe other words. Telephonic English course would be appropriate, but it isn't common and would be considered fun or creative. So, you can just say I took the course through the telephone... Or via telephone. In this context describing the English course as a three month course sounds more natural.
