Taking a Walk
These days, I often walk around in the evening or at night. I'm wearing an Apple watch and it tells me how long I have exercised today. If the time or amount of exercise doesn't reach my goal, I go out and walk around. I'm reluctant to go out in the daytime because it's too hot.
