I saw this question once and there was a clear answer - salad, because you can mix really everything in salad . Each recipe is...just a salad, you know. I deeply agree with this.

Я видела этот вопрос однажды, и там был четкий ответ - салат, потому что в салате можно смешать действительно все. Каждый рецепт - это... просто салат, понимаете. Я глубоко согласна с этим.

I saw this question once and there was a clear answer - salad, because you can mix really everything in salad , really.

I'm not sure exactly why, but using "really" as an adverb here doesn't work like you want. You could say "you can really mix everything in salad", but that would mean something different - it would be talking about how thorough the mixing would be. Like, if you stir once, you mix a little. But if you stir a hundred times, you really mix.

You can use it as an adverb on "can": "You really can mix everything in salad", but it feels better to me to use it as a sort of interjection like I have here.

Each recipe is... just... a salad, you know.

It's better style to have a space after an ellipsis. And I moved it to come after "just" because the rhythm feels better.

I deeply agree with this.

Interesting theory :) Not sure I'm convinced - further research needed!
