Heavy Rain

All over Japan, it's pouring intensely. Almost whole the county is being covered with nimbus, and heavy rain warnings have been issued. Fortunately, the situation where I am isn't so bad.

Heavy Rain

All over Japan, it's pouring intensely.

Almost the whole the county is being covered with nimbus clouds, and heavy rain warnings have been issued.

Just checking - do you mean "county" or "country"?
Also, I think it sounds a little better saying "nimbus clouds", but that might just be personal preference.
Nice use of the passive voice - "have been issued".

Fortunately, the situation where I am isn't so bad.

Feedback

It's been raining really heavily here too recently. A lot of the railway tracks have been flooded and trains have been cancelled.
If you're interested, I'd like to introduce you to another good phrase: "It's chucking it down". This means the same as "it's raining really heavily", but it's a bit more casual.
Also, have you heard the phrase, "It's raining cats and dogs"? It's a bit silly, but it means the same!

Thank you for introducing the phrases, and the second one is funny.
Let us both be careful of heavy rain!
