I made my lunch by myself at noon. Although it's the simplest lunch. I used three eggs, six small hot peppers and two green onions to make fried eggs. I took two steps to make it. First off, I mixed the peppers and green onions together and fried them. Then, I broke the eggs and stirred them into a perfect mixture and fried them. The last step was mixing them together and lightly frying them again and putting the dish into a plate. Now it is done. Although making this dish is so simple and easy, it tastes very yummy and I am so happy.

Past tense :)
I made my lunch by myself at noon.
You could also say, "At noon, I made my lunch by myself".
Although it's the was a simplest lunch.
I used three eggs, six small hot peppers, and two green onions to make fried eggs.
I took two steps to make it.
This sentence is a little odd, it would sound more natural if you said, "I made it in two steps".
Then, I brocracked the eggs and stirrwhisked them into a perfect mixture and then fried them.
It's more common to hear "I cracked the eggs" than "I broke the eggs", even though the later is technically correct.
The last step was mixing them together and, lightly frying them again, and putting the dish ionto a plate.
Now it i's done.
Although making this dish is so simple and easy, it tastes very yummy and I am somakes me happy..

Great Job! Just a few corrections!
The last step was mixing them together and lightly frying them again and putting the dish inon to a plate.
Putting it "into the plate" would mean that the food is inside the plate, instead of on top of it.
