Hello Allan:
Thank you Allan for giving me this reply after our class.
I think I have experienced an amazing class from you. You are very kind and friendly, and you are also very patient. You speak slowly and clearly, so I can understand you very well.
The problems in my English learning at present are the following: tense is the difficult part because often times I don't know what tense I should use. Singular and plural are the other difficult parts because there are still many nouns that I don't know if are countable. The last one is that I still don't know much about the part of speech for many vocabulary words, so I can't make sentences at will.
Anyway, it's really nice to learn from you and I feel I am very honored.

Sincerely
Your student, Jack Liu.

Hello Allan:

I think I have experienced an amazing class from you.

"Amazing" is very strong, but "I think" is used to soften an opinion, or make it less confinent. I might say "I think it will be raining tomorrow," if I wasn't sure, and was open to being corrected. Here, "I think it was an amazing class," weakens the compliment, because it's like you're not sure if it was amazing or not.

You are very kind and friendly, and you are also very patient.

The two "very"s are a bit repetitive. You could avoid this by saying, "You are kind, friendly, and also very patient."

You speak slowly and clearly, so I can understand you very well.

The problems in my English learning at present are the following: tense is the most difficult part because often times I don't know what tense I should use.

"The difficult part" implies it is the only difficult part, which wouldn't fit with the next lines. You could also so "a difficult part" if you don't want to rank them.

The last one is that I still don't know much about the part of speech for many vocabulary words, so I can't make sentences at will.

Anyway, it's really nice to learn from you and I feel I am very honored.

Feedback

It's really interesting to see what parts of English you struggle with. Tense is not surprising, it's the part I find most difficult to correct in journals because I don't even know why something is wrong. I think parts of speech is very difficult for me learning chinese as well.
