A Power Food

Have you ever got shocked so that you couldn't stand up and eat anything? If you have, what did you eat at that time to recover?
Last month, I got shocked so heavily that I couldn't eat anything for a week or so. I thought I had to eat something for my health and went to a grocery. I saw many fruits but didn't like feeling eat them. But when I saw pork sausages, I thought I could eat some and bought them. I ate them and got a little energy back. I continued to eat them for two days. I felt I recovered my vigor.
As you may know, sausages include a lot of additives that are not good for health, so I came back to my usual meals, fish and chicken and vegetables. Then, I became gloomy.
I ate pork sauages again and felt energized.
It's strange. I've heard that red beef can put people in a good mood, but I've never heard of the same thing about pork sausages. Maybe it's relevant to cholesterol? I've read a while ago that people whose cholesterol levels are very low tend to kill themselves. If my mood depends on the choleterol level, mayonnaise should also work. I ate tuna and vegetable salad with a lot of mayonnaise. Then, I picked myself.
Exactly, I felt like I had heat stored in my body, so I wanted to move myself to reduce the heat. I've been eating high choleterol food more than a week. I gained much weight, but I can be positive and active that much. To recover from shocking events, I need cholesterol, but high choleterol food is not good for health.
What should I do?
I kind of knew that the solution would be an exercise. I hate exercising. That's a big problem for me. If I recover mentally and I find something I can give myself to, I’ll restart healthy food.

A Power Food

Have you ever gotbeen so shocked so that you couldn't stand up and eat anything?

If you have, what did you eat at that time to recover?

Last month, I got shocked so heavibadly that I couldn't eat anything for a week or so.

I thoughtrealized I had to eat something for my healthown good and went to a grocery store.

I saw many fruits but didn't like feeling like eating them.

ButHowever, when I saw pork sausages, I thought I could eat some and, so I bought them.

I ate them and got a little energy back.

I continued to eat them for two days.

I felt (like) I recovered my vigor.

You don't need "like" here, but it feels more natural to me.

As you may know, sausages include a lot of additives that are not good for health, so I camewent back to my usual meals, of fish and, chicken, and vegetables.

Then, I became gloomy.

I ate pork sauages again and felt energized.

It's strange.

I've heard that red beef can put people in a good mood, but I've never heard of the same thing about pork sausages.

Maybe it's relevantated to cholesterol?

I've read a while ago that people whose cholesterol levels are very low tend to kill themselves.

If my mood depends on themy cholesterol levels, mayonnaise should also work.

I ate tuna and vegetable salad with a lot of mayonnaise.

Then, I picked myself.

I'm not sure what you're trying to say here.

EMore exactly, I felt like I had heat stored in my body, so I wanted to move myself to reduce theat heat.

I've been eating high cholesterol foods for more than a week.

I've gained mucha lot of weight, but I can be positive and get active that much.

To recover from shocking events, I need cholesterol, but high cholesterol food iss are not good for healthyou.

I kind of knew that the solution would be anto exercise.

I hate exercising.

That's a big problem for me.

If I recover mentally and I find something I can givdedicate myself to, I’ll restart healthy food.

I felt (like) I recovered my vigor.

You don't need "like" here, but it feels more natural to me.

I kind of understand the difference between only “feel” and “fee like”.
Thank you for teaching me(^^)

Have you ever gotbeen so shocked so that you couldn't stand up and eat anything?

Last month, I got shocked so heavibadly that I couldn't eat anything for a week or so.

I thoughtknew/realized I had to eat something for my health and went to a grocery store.

"Thought" ----> more opinion; gives an impression that you originally thought something else that turned out to be false (I thought I had to do this..../I thought you were going somewhere)

"Knew"/"Realized" ------> thinking of something as fact (that is actually correct)

I saw many fruits but didn't like feelingfeel like eating them.

I ate them and got a little energy back.

I continued to eat them for two days.

I felt I recovered my vigorenergy.

"Vigor" would be a bit strange to use in this context since it's a bit more formal/literary. English speakers tend to use "energy" when talking about stuff like this.

As you may know, sausages include a lot of additives that are not good for health, so I camewent back to eating my usual meals, of fish and, chicken, and vegetables.

Then, I became gloomy.

I ate pork sauages again and felt energized.

It's strange.

I've heard that red beef can put people in a good mood, but I've never heard of the same thing about pork sausages.

Maybe it's relevantated to cholesterol?

"Relevant" ---> exclusively relates to information (information about language learning is not relevant to talking about science)

"Related" ---> used for anything that is related to something else (this book is related to this topic)

I've read a while ago that people whose cholesterol levels are very low tend to kill themselves.

If my mood depends on themy cholesterol levels, mayonnaise shcould also work.

Replaced "should" with "could" since the sentence is subjunctive (a hypothetical situation).

I ate tuna and vegetable salad with a lot of mayonnaise.

Then, I picked myselfI felt a bit better after.

I don't really know what this is supposed to say; I translated your original text and based the correction off of the result.

Exactly, I felt like I had heat stored in my body, so I wanted to move myself to reduce the heat.

I've been eating high cholesterol food for more than a week.

I've gained muchsome weight, but I can be more positive and active that much.

What should I do?

I kind of knew that the solution would be anto exercise.

If I recover mentally and I find something I can givdevote myself to, I’ll restart to eat healthy food again.

Then, I picked myselfI felt a bit better after.

Your correction is right. My dictionary says “pick oneself” means feel better, recover one's energy. When I use some phrases from the dictionary, many English natives advise me some of them are meaningless😓
Thank you for many tips!!

A Power Food

Have you ever gotbeen shocked so that you couldn't stand up and eat anything?

I'm not sure what you mean by being shocked. What caused the shock or surprise?

If you have, what did you eat at that time to recover?

Last month, I got shocked so heavily that I couldn't eat anything for a week or so.

This sentence is grammatically correct, but again, I am not sure what you mean by shocked.

I thought I had to eat something for my health and went to a grocery.

a grocer is a store that sells grocery. You can also say you "went to the store". It's a general term used to imply that you shopped for essential items.

I saw many fruits but didn't like feeling eat them.

But when I saw pork sausages, I thought I could eat some and bought them.

I ate them and got a little energy back.

I continued to eat them for two days.

I felt I recovered my vigor.

As you may know, sausages include a lot of additives that are not good for health, so I camewent back to my usual meals,: fish and chicken and vegetables.

the term to go back to an old routine or subject is "went back".

"my usual meals: fish, chicken, and vegetables

"and" is not needed until the end of your list if each item is separate. fish and chicken implies that it is one dish called fish and chicken. I am not sure if that is what you meant.
When making a list, use a semicolon : to be grammatically correct

Then, I became gloomy.

I ate pork sauages again and felt energized.

It's strange.

I've heard that red beef can put people in a good mood, but I've never heard of the same thing about pork sausages.

Red beef is not a term that exists in English. There is "red meat", which refers to any type of meat that is the "dark", such as beef, bacon, etc.

I am not sure what is meant by "picked".

Exactly, I felt like I had heat stored in my body, so I wanted to move myself to reduce the heat.

Exactly is awkward in this case because no fact is stated. Do you mean immediately?

I've been eating high cholesterol foods more than a week.

"foods" since you ate many different things.

I gained much weight, a lot of weight...¶

"a lot commonly goes with the word weight" ¶

I am not sure about the meaning for "
but I can be positive and active that much." Do you mean cannot?

To recover from shocking events, I need cholesterol, but high cholesterol food iss are not good for health.

"foods are" since there are many different types of food that you ate.

What should I do?

I kind of kneow that the solution would be an exercise.

"know" would be present tense since it is your existing knowledge.

"an" is not needed because it is a non countable noun that does not use "an" or "the" when we are being general.

I hate exercising.

That's a big problem for me.

If I recover mentally and I find something I can give myself tofocus on, I’ll restart eating healthy food.

I'm not sure if this is what you meant. I am guessing.

Feedback

I enjoyed reading another paper from you. There were a lot of nice sentences that you wrote. The only thing to improve on here is to explain your meaning to make your content clearer to the reader.

Yes I wanted to say, if I don't eat high cholesterol foods, I cannot be positive for the moment. I don't know why but high cholesterol foods give me power.

Thank you for correcting and advising. I'll take a note😤

Feedback

Are you able to go to a functional medicine doctor? Perhaps there they can tell you about your blood levels, your actual cholesterol, your gut bacteria, and possibly even food allergies that you may have.
