A horrible Sunday
Last Sunday must be darkest Sunday that I ever had. Our teachers announced that we need to make up the missed lessons in next Monday. All of us were upset because Monday is a day which is usually filled with our major classes! In the Monday, we often start at 8:00a.m. and end our class at 8:00 p.m.. In addition to that crazy schedule, one of our teacher's class is dull. I mean that the textbook is impressive and fantastic. But the way he teaching us just disapointed me and it is confusing at same time. He is always chatting with us about different entertainment news which is off the class topic. Moreover, some of his stereotypes on my country always offend me. Luckily, I at least enjoys reading the textbook.

I think the key part here is "one of". One of (multiple classes) is dull. You can't have one of only one class.

wow, thank you guys are taking this problem seriously. I looked through my grammar book. "one of " has two kinds of usages. But “one of” must be followed by plural nouns.
